Life is about living and learning from your mistakes. Sometimes you need to fully exhaust an experience before you understand that you deserve more—whether it's an ex, a job, or a friend. Reflecting on your worth is important, but true understanding often only comes after mistakes have been made. Returning to someone or something repeatedly is rarely about the other person or situation; it's more about what you believe you deserve. Stepping into an unfamiliar environment has forced me to confront my patterns and decide with clarity what is worth carrying forward and what must finally be left behind.
